SYDNEY CARTWRIGHT

Welcome!! My name is Sydney Cartwright and I am the founder of Hamilton Cartwright Designs. I studied Interior Design at Auburn University. Before starting this company, I worked at Oxford Shepard Collective in Nashville for 3 years learning the ins and outs of construction and design, and honing my skills in Sketchup and AutoCAD.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of being an Interior Designer. I grew up in the small town of Bremen, Georgia where my father was a contractor and my mother was an Interior Designer. I was heavily inspired by them - my favorite people - to go into this profession. I am an only child so I am very family oriented and had plenty of free time to rearange my room multiple times.

I’ve always felt like my purpose in life was to help people design their space to be a reflection of themselves. I believe that creating a space you feel comfortable and peaceful in helps improve your overall health. I have an appreciation for all styles and will do everything in my power to design your home exactly how you envision it. While guiding you in the design direction that feels the most like YOU. Because at the end of the day, you will be the one living in your home - not me.
